Strengthen process training to help efficient production

In order to further strengthen the construction of the talent team and improve the professional quality training of the company's production management technicians and team leaders, the "Introduction to Polyester Production Process" training course kicked off in the conference room on 20 Oct. The training was given by Wen Huaxing, manager of the second polyester department and a group-level intermediate internal trainer, and 23 people from various departments of the company were selected to participate in the training.

At the beginning of the training, Manager Wen said that this skill training aims to improve professional skills, have a deeper understanding of the polyester production process, absorb the advantages of various polyester processes, and through continuous technical reform and improvement, make our production equipment more stable and the product quality higher. We hope that the participating employees will take notes carefully. The training focuses on the differences between all polyester devices and processes in the polyester sector of the group, focusing on the detailed explanation of the process flow of Kotonm Polyester Department II and the impact of polyester product quality control on post-processing. It also cites previous failure cases and classic operating procedures to lead everyone to better understand the principles and guide everyone to summarize experience in production practice and seek better and more reasonable solutions.
